  • A: These days, we are all responsible for protecting ourselves and our loved ones. Safety is our top priority. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. In addition, I wear gloves and shoe covers.

  • A: Our team of experienced organizers takes privacy very seriously. If we come across personal or sensitive items while organizing, we handle them with the utmost respect, and we won't share any details about your belongings or living spaces with anyone else.

  • A: Cash, Venmo, and any US-issued and most internationally-issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:

    - Credit

    - Corporate

    - Debit (processed like credit)

    - Prepaid

    - Rewards

  • A: Yes! Our testimonials are available to the public and can be viewed on our website and Google here.

  • A: During our organizing sessions, you can either work with me or choose to be elsewhere - it all depends on how you want to spend your time! But the more you are involved, the faster it will go and the more you learn.​

  • Donations: We take care of it (up to one carload after each session.) If too big, we connect you with the appropriate organizations that pick up items in your area.

    Trash: If you live in a place with on-site dumpsters, we will take items from your home to the designated trash area. If you have extra heavy or oversized items or require bulk junk removal, we will refer you to a third party that services your area.

  • A: Our availability changes daily, and I encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

  • Home organization projects are a personal, an intimate experience, and you must be comfortable with the people you invite into your home.   • A: Each organizing project is unique, and I will always encourage reusing what you already have before purchasing new items. The decision to purchase materials is entirely up to you. It depends on the type and number of items you have, personal preference, budget, and the area being organized.

  • A: Yes! All Organizers with Mindful Tidying, LLC are Qualified Professional Organizers® and Certified Organizational Specialist™.

  • A: Yes. Mindful Tidying, LLC and its projects are covered by industry-leading liability insurance.

  • Many variables impact the time a project can take, which determines the overall cost. The best way to get an accurate estimate for your project is to contact us so we can discuss the details of your project and provide you with a quote.

  • A: Certainly! We provide maintenance visits to refresh and reorganize any areas requiring attention.

  • A: Yes. We are available on weekdays and weekends to accommodate your schedule. However, availability is limited, so please reach out ASAP to secure a reservation.

  • A: Yes! We work with kids of all ages, from nurseries to teenagers, bedrooms, or playrooms. Kids love organization, and we must set them up for success!

  • A: Of course! We work with families of all ages, including seniors.

  • A: Nope! You can start with one, see results, get more confident, and go from there. Every project is completely customizable.

  • A: While each service is customizable, our unpacking service includes unpacking all the boxes, categorizing all your belongings, and organizing every area of your home.   • A: While we're experts in home organization, we understand you might need assistance with other services like color consultant, grief box, custom remodeling, handyperson work, or deep cleaning.

    We can recommend trusted professionals specializing in those areas if you need help with something outside our expertise. Just let us know your needs!

  • A: We understand that hoarding can be challenging and empathize with those going through it. However, our services are not designed to deal with hoarding cases specifically. Hoarding requires specialized expertise involving mental health professionals and hoarding disorder specialists.

    If you or someone you know is dealing with hoarding, it's essential to seek help from qualified experts experienced in hoarding disorder cases. They can provide the specialized support needed to address the underlying issues and create a safe and sustainable environment.
